Our guests and collaborators are very important for us, thats why we have implemented and taken care of special health and safety measures due to COVID 19 / CORONAVIRUS. We are reinforcing our cleaning and disinfection standards all over the Hotel, and also all recommended by the Mexican Ministry of Health:

Anti-bacterial gel and paper napkins are available at the bar and reception for our guests.
All hotel staff will be medically tested once a week for up to three weeks to avoid any case of COVID 19.
Reinforced room cleaning twice a day with additional doses of sodium hypochlorite.
Dedicated personnel only for bactericidal point-of-contact disinfection work.
Special antiseptic solution for disinfection of surgical material (much more powerful and efficient against fungi, viruses and bacteria than Lysol) is used for disinfection of areas. This solution is available at reception if you wish to use it individually.
Every three hours a disinfection tour is carried out with emphasis on elevator buttons, handles in general, remote controls, bathroom covers, sink faucets, handrails, locks, etc.
Informative posters are posted with recommendations from the Mexican Ministry of Health.
